How can I travel to Bulgaria?
There are now more flights than ever going to Bulgaria from the UK. Most regional airports in the UK now have airlines flying to Bulgaria throughout the summer season (May to October). Click the Related Links page to find links to the websites of the main airlines. The closest airport for flying to is Bourgas and is approx 30 mins transfer to the apartments. HOW do I book the apartment?
First of all visit our contact us page and get in touch with us through one of the methods on that page, we will then e-mail you with confirmation of the booking and details on how to make your payments through either paypal, credit/debit card, bank transfer or cheque. We will reserve the apartment for up to 7 days while we await receipt of your deposit and to allow you make any arrangements for flights etc.
How do I arrange transfers to and from the airport?
Very simple, you can either hire a taxi outside the airport which should cost approximately £25 each way or we can arrange for you to be picked up and dropped off at the airport for £20 each way, this may be a much easier option as the driver will be waiting for you as you arrive, especially if your flight is in the early hours of the morning. Alternatively you may hire a car from the airport, websites of car hire companies can be found on the Related Links page.
How close are the apartments to nearest beach and what is this beach like?
The apartments are just are across the road to 'Paradise Beach' which is a lovely secluded sandy beach with the more popular Sunny Beach just around the bay and is accessible via bus or a boat trip.
If I had a problem while in Bulgaria, who would I contact?
In the unlikely event of encountering any problems on your stay my management company, Phoenix UK would be on hand 24 hours a day and would resolve any problems you may have. Their office is based on the complex of the apartments and their contact details will be found inside the apartment.
Do you have any apartments that accommodate more guests?
The apartments on this website are our own properties, however if what we have doesn't suit your party we can find you alternative accommodation on the same complexes through other reputable owners that we share lettings with. Please contact us and we can sort the rest out from there.
What is the time difference from the UK?
The time in Bulgaria is 2 hours ahead of the UK.
What currency is used in Bulgaria?
The monetary unit used is Levs and euros are also accepted. Credit and bank cards can be used in ATM's to obtain local currency. Generally a better rate of exchange is obtained on the complex or from the local banks.
