An alternative airport is Varna this airport is just over an hours transfer. Car Hire:

To hire a car click on the above links. Car hire can be arranged to pick up on your arrival and drop off on your departure from the airport and give you the opportunity to explore the beauty Bulgaria's different areas have to offer. If you don't wish to hire a car, we will arrange your own private transfers from/to the the airports on your arrival and departure.
